This film unveils untold stories of resilience and survival and unearths an unforgettable narrative that transcends time, making history feel immediate and urgent. Think Black was honored that Drew Brown signed on with us to bring this project to life. We were honored to have our film selected for the St. Louis Public Library Film festival. Here is the trailer. Think Black is honored to say that we worked with Efficacy Consulting & Development, the developer of the historical Broadview Hotel, to collect histories of legendary African American East St. Louisans to be featured throughout the building. The new Broadview is a 44-million-dollar development in East St. Louis. It is the largest development in the Metro East since the Casino Queen. When the hotel was built in the 1920s, Blacks were not allowed to be guests. The new Broadview is expected to open in 2025.
We are honored to work with Journeys to Justice. Everyone is invited to attend this free Symposium.

We were honored to work with the Children's Defense Fund Freedom Schools at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville to collect Oral Histories from community elders. This initiative not only preserved community heritage but fostered intergenerational connections. Through these activities, students developed essential skills in communication, media production, and media preservation, thus becoming stewards of their community's cultural legacy.
